Seasonal Considerations-- Hazards:

* You or your children can drown in the pond, it is up to 10 feet deep and has steep slopes off some shores. Watch your children at all times!

* This house is NOT located in a suburban or urban area where the natural world has been completely tamed. The good part is seeing and hearing all kinds of wildlife, but you must also accept other natural hazards like biting insects.

* Spring and fall are incredible here. The natural beauty is amazing during the outbreak of spring, best during the first two weeks of May. The fall colors are spectacular during the last week of September and the first two weeks of October.
